Purestone strike silver at the Digital Impact Awards 2013

For the third year running Purestone took the trophies at the national “Digital Impact Awards”.





While hopes are always high, with the crème de la crème of UK brands and Advertising Agencies taking part, we knew a tough night of competition was ahead.

First up was silver for runner up in the category “Best digital communication as part of an integrated campaign” for the PITS (Poor IT Support) Awareness campaign for Comms-care. With a tongue-in-cheek integrated campaign, we spanned email, microsites, online engagement tools and direct mail to deliver a full and personal journey for each customer.

Comms-care have a pioneering proposition within the IT industry. The company provides white labelled IT services to partner IT companies, allowing them to on sell trained technical support to their customers. By using highly targeted prospect data, we identifed prospect organisations and delivered a personalised digital journey through all touch points resulting in the creation of a personalised digitally printed "book of your trip” delivered to each prospect’s doorstep.

The success of this personalised approach was reflected by the results with an ROI in excess of 133x.

The second award of the night came in the “Best use of digital in the travel & leisure sector” with a silver award for TaylorMade-adidas.  TaylorMade-adidas sell the most technically innovative products on the market and one of the company’s main objectives is to offer everyday golfers the same benefits enjoyed by professional golfers.

With this in mind Purestone worked with TaylorMade-adidas to break the mould; interacting directly with the golfer using responsive design across eCRM campaigns, websites & microsites to ensure communications were accessible across all devices and platforms. The specific digital objective was to encourage consumers to choose TaylorMade-adidas products and then visit a fitting centre to try the product. The results were outstanding and helped TaylorMade-adidas deliver a market share increase of 19.7% year on year
