purestone have been shortlisted for the B2B Marketing Awards in the ‘Best Digital Campaign’ category for its work with financial services brand and asset finance specialist Lombard. The campaign entitled ‘rejuvenating the customer conversation’ was based on a 12 month online customer retention programme which delivered some truly fantastic results. Multi layered, data driven email campaigns with personalised content drove Lombard customers to a series of different microsites and outcomes which ultimately led to thousands of unique customer journeys.
Nick Moody, Retention & Acquisition Manager, Lombard commented, “Having not truly implemented an online customer engagement programme before, we were keen to roll out a strategy that was unique and one that would rejuvenate customer conversation. It was also important that the campaign was designed in such a way that it was befitting of the newly launched Lombard brand.

The award winners are announced at a ceremony on Thursday 24th November at the HAC in central London.
